Time and Date:
Class sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Day classes begin at 9am and end at 1pm. Evening classes begin at 6pm and end at 10pm.
Registration Information:
Immediate registration is recommended to reserve a space in the class. You have three options to register:
1. Register Online - Clicking the Enroll Now link corresponding to the course you would like to take. You will be able to pay online with a credit card through PayPal.
2. Register by Phone - Call our office at (910) 256-0021.
3. Register in Person - Download the enrollment forms and drop them by our office at 1630 Military Cutoff Rd in Wilmington.
To be enrolled in a course, you must complete the Registration Form and your tuition fee must be paid. Once you register, you will receive confirmation and a Student Enrollment Contract that sets forth the basic rights and obligations of both the student and the school which has been approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. The Student Enrollment Contract must be executed before entering the first class session.
